This policy describes how madSkINN (https://madskinn.com), operated by Starkzapp Technologies Private Limited, handles shipping and delivery for orders placed through our store and checkout (including Shopify checkout).

1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses you provide at checkout and that our carriers service. Available countries or regions and any restrictions are shown at checkout. If we cannot ship to an address, we will try to notify you and not capture payment, or we will cancel the order and refund as applicable.

2. Processing time
After your order is confirmed and payment is authorized, we process and pack it before handoff to the carrier. Processing time is usually 1–3 business days but can be longer during sales, launches, or carrier disruptions. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in India unless we say otherwise on the Site.

3. Delivery time
Delivery time is in addition to processing time and depends on the shipping method you select, your location, and the carrier. Estimated delivery (if shown at checkout or in your confirmation email) is not a guarantee, only an estimate.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes and duties (if applicable) are calculated according to your delivery address and the rules in effect at purchase. If you refuse a delivery or provide an invalid address, you may be responsible for return shipping, re-shipping, or forfeiture of the order as allowed by law and our Refund policy.

5. Order tracking
When your order ships, we or Shopify may send a confirmation with tracking details if tracking is available from our fulfillment or carrier setup. If you do not receive tracking, contact us using the details below with your order number.

6. Address accuracy
You are responsible for correct shipping and billing details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Extra fees to correct or re-ship may apply.

7. Delays, loss, or damage in transit
Carriers sometimes delay shipments. Weather, customs, holidays, high volume, or disruptions can affect timelines. If your package appears lost, severely delayed, or arrives damaged, email us at info@starkzapp.com with your order number and photos if helpful.
