Refund policy

This policy applies to products purchased from the madSkINN online store at https://madskinn.com and processed through our checkout (including Shopify checkout), sold by Starkzapp Technologies Private Limited in connection with the madSkINN brand.

1. Returns, exchanges and refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or dislike of product. All sales are final. Starkzapp Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that falls outside the limited situations described below.

2. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is authorized, we are generally unable to cancel or modify it, because fulfillment processing begins promptly. If you need to cancel before shipment, contact us immediately at info@starkzapp.com; we will help if the order has not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@starkzapp.com within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number and, where helpful, clear photos. We will review quality-related issues in line with applicable law and our records.

4. Refunds (if approved)
If we approve a remedy that includes a refund, it will generally be processed to the original payment method, subject to your bank or payment provider’s timing. We do not refund shipping charges except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
